For people who are interested to join us
'full time' (after leaving your MNCs
job, studies, etc..) for any permanent position needs to understand following
things:
"We look for people who can DELIVER, who can INDEPENDENTLY
make something, in case you are dependent on skills of your project
manager for developing anything, we are not right place for you! "

We are right now in product
development phase
at Indore, we started developing product from
scratch. We will role out as soon as product development is
over.

Our Business Plan got approved by a
high profile team
of NirmaLabs,
consisting of Entrepreneurs &
Venture
Capitalists, so lot of evaluation has been done on its
growth prospects, and commercial feasibility. After that, we got
the seed funding of Rs.2 million for the project. So we are
pretty sure about success of our venture.

People who join us right now, depending on their contribution, will get lot
of growth opportunities/ lead positions in future, as & when we
grow our company....

Salary, Incentives, ESOPS: Don't
expect 'quick' money with us. This part will be in 3 steps:

We take sustenance allowance
of Rs.8000 till we are in product development phase
(this may increase in exceptional cases, if you have
some real genuine reason for increase and are technology
stud), we want to save on people cost.

You will get Stakes in the company
(Total value of it will be higher than market salaries,
and also above what you can expect in coming years)

Once company start making
Sales, and cash flow starts, you can expect good
increase........ also you will be on leading position as
we recruit more people.

Joining: The
requirement is immediate. The product development will be at
Indore (M.P) - which means you need to shift to
Indore for few months, don't worry, we have all
residential & other facilities.
So in short, if you are looking for some
'quick' money, or big salaries then this is not right opportunity
for you. But if you can think of long term prospective, want to work
on genuine stuff, and can
understand importance of ESOPs / stake in
company, and interested in playing major role in success of
'a company', then you will find us exciting. We can talk then.... we
