1. A person with 2 + yrs
experience in embedded system development (Hardware) with following
skills:
1) Experience on any RTOS
(eCOS, uCOS, RTLinux etc)
2) C/C++, Assembly programming on 16/32 ARM based Microcontrollers.
3) Experience in developing device drivers.
4) Good Debug capabilities.
5) Board Debug capabilities
6) Familiarity with DSP programming.
Pattern Recognition
2. A person with 1+ yrs experience in pattern recognition,
with work experience / interest in following fields:
1) Image Processing
2) Computer Vision
3) Pattern Recognition
4) Biometrics (Any technology)
5) Neural Network / Artificial Intelligence
Software / Application development
3. A person with 2.5+ yrs
experience in Software / Application development:
1) Design Skills
2) Thorough understanding of Software development life cycle
3) Been part of project starting from requirement gathering to final
deployment to customer
4) Good command on OOP, OOD
5) Skill set: GUI / Application Development (C, C++, OOP, .NET, Data
Structures)
Sales / Marketing /
Management
4. A person with 2.5+ yrs
experience in Sales / Marketing / Management:
1) Dedicated,
Self-Motivate
2) Sales Experience in Industrial Goods: basically Biometrics, Smart
card based systems
3) Experience in developing dealer / supply-chain network
