Always remember that in a startup there is no quick money. You might have to work for a shorter duration without the heavy package you might be getting now in companies. Don't expect 'quick' money with us.

This whole journey will be really tough. You should have self belief and confidence to undertake this journey. You'll probably wear several hats, work long hours, and fight many fires. Perks, benefits, salaries and raises may be limited. Instead, we offer risky incentives and so-called "sweat equity," which will likely be fruitful if the company makes profit within a few years.

People who are in a comfort zone of a job may not be well cut out for entrepreneurship. But remember, there is no gain without pain. So at the end of the day, you will be far more satisfied in being a part of value creation than being in a bigger payroll or a boring job for whole life.

This part will be in 3 steps:

1. The full time guys take sustenance allowance of Rs.8000/- per month till our product is under development (this may increase in exceptional cases, if you have a genuine reason for increase and are technology stud), we want to save on people cost.

2. You will get Stakes in the company (depending on contribution and value you bring to the company) (Total value of it can be higher than market salaries, and also above what you can expect in coming years)

3. Once company start making Sales, and cash flow starts, you can expect good increase........ also you will be on leading position as we recruit more people.
