the file may be as under so that one can relate files with
faculty name., e.g.,

FirstnameLastnameOTHR.pdf / FirstnameLastnameAPPL.pdf

For biometric information regarding
faculty, use biometric scanner and upload scanned image. Name
of the file may be like FirstnameLastnameBIOM.jpg.(A thumb
impression on ink pad and scanning the same is strictly not
allowed)
